At Harshid Travels we are committed provide the standard cab service to our customers, we make your travel easy so you can save time, energy and money. We strive to enable you to reach your destination on every time.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services clints have right to cancel their booking and take refund from us. Our Policy for cancelation and refund will be as follow.

CANCELATION POLICY:

1. Cancellation: The policy may specify the conditions under which you can cancel a taxi booking and receive a refund. It might include a cancellation deadline or a time frame before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund.
2. No-Show: If you fail to show up for a scheduled taxi pickup without canceling in advance, most companies typically do not provide a refund.
3. Service Disruptions: If there is a service disruption or failure on the part of the taxi company, such as a delayed or canceled ride, the policy may explain the steps to take to request a refund or alternative solutions.
4. Fare Disputes: If you believe you were overcharged for a taxi ride or have any fare-related disputes, the policy may outline the process to follow for requesting a refund or resolving the issue.
5. Refund Processing Time: The policy may indicate the timeframe within which refunds are processed and how long it may take for the funds to be returned to you.

1. All the cancellation requests should be done via a phone call to +91 8347134101 or through email at booking@harshidtravels.com
2. In case the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours or more before the pickup time, 75% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
3. In case the booking is cancelled within 24-12 hour before pick up time, 40% of the booking amount will be deducted as penalty.
4. In case the booking is cancelled within 12-6 hour before pick up time, 50% of the booking amount will be deducted as penalty.
5. In case the booking is cancelled within 6 hour before pick up time, 100% of the booking amount will be deducted as penalty.
6. In case the cancellation is done from Harshid Travels end due to unavoidable reasons, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.

Refunds

All refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days, and payments are always done via the original source of payment for booking the cab. The refund requests done via Whatsapp and SMS are not taken into consideration.
